Byler Quarries is Hiring an Equipment Operator Near Middletown, PA
Responsibilities:
- Effectively operate equipment
- Ensuring all equipment is maintained and used in accordance with company health and safety regulations
- Cleaning, lubricating, and performing regular safety checks on equipment
- Ensuring equipment is properly positioned before turning it on and off or loading and unloading
- Performing other construction duties as needed
- Ensuring sites are kept clean and safe
Qualifications:
- Must be self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to use common tools such as hammers, saws and drills.
- Must be able to safely operate machinery
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb, crawl, kneel, bend, etc
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Three years of construction related experience preferred
- Must be able to clearly communicate and follow instructions
- Ability to work overtime / flexible schedule
Salary Range:
- Determined by experience and past work history
